Over the past 8 years, I've consolidated my experience in developing and optimizing employee experiences in international and multicultural settings, covering the entire employee lifecycle from their initial contact with the company to their departure.
Thanks to this journey, my interest in user experience has grown, particularly in designing user-centered services through Design Thinking.

What I enjoy doing in my free time...
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors and getting crafty. A few years ago, I took up sewing, and since then, I’ve created lots of pieces for both my little Iggy and myself.
In the summertime, you’ll find me paddle surfing with my partner and traveling - specially to the Southeast Asia.
Cactus are a big part of my life! They’re so special to me that you’ll see them in my tattoo, my necklace, and all over my terrace.
